I specifically ordered 2 lattes with almond milk, the lady assured me that they had it. I got the 2 coffees and they were ordinary milk. I politely asked her if she used almond milk and she told me that I didn't ask for it. She refused to redo even one of them unless I paid again. She then walked off all stroppy. It was the worst example of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever experienced. Very rude woman.
